Privacy Policy
How ROHOVOT handles website inquiries, technical information, and optional device location.
Effective date: August 5, 2026
Information we collect
When you submit a contact request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, required phone number, and message. We also collect technical information associated with the submission, including IP address, browser and device user-agent, browser language, time zone, screen dimensions, referring page, submission time, and an approximate city, region, postal code, and country inferred from the IP address, plus available MaxMind VPN, proxy, Tor, hosting-provider, and anonymizer indicators.
The Contact page may ask your browser for permission to share device coordinates. Your browser controls this choice. If you decline or location is unavailable, you may still submit the form. If granted, we collect latitude, longitude, estimated accuracy, and the permission result.
Why we collect this information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, evaluate the requested service, maintain business records, protect the website, detect spam, impersonation, abuse, and potentially fraudulent submissions, and support legal or security requirements. Device and IP-derived location signals are fraud-prevention indicators and may be approximate or inaccurate.
How information is processed and shared
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, security, and IP geolocation. ROHOVOT currently uses MaxMind to obtain an approximate location from an IP address. We do not sell contact-form information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and fraud-prevention information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including client intake, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can decline browser geolocation when prompted and still use the contact form. You can review or change site-location permission through your browser settings. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, contact us at info@rohovot.com. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
